Abstract

The Law 8429/92 is the most effective law which combats immoral acts practiced by public agents. However, lots of measures had been taken to decrease this law effectiveness and to ensure public agents impunity. This study intends to analyze the best way to process and punish those agents to ensure effective application of Law of Administrative Improbity.
