Abstract

The present work has as theme the juridical validity of the contracts electronically accomplished. The principal aim was to accomplish a study about the possibility of applying the concepts and norms of the traditional model of contract for the contracts accomplished through Internet. Such adaptation of concepts is shown necessary, because the juridical science cannot ignore an important social fact with the excuse that this doesn’t contain any regulation. The deductive reasoning was used as methodological procedure that founded the researches bibliographical, documental, legislative and jurisprudentials and was used as technical reasoning the interpretative analysis and content analysis.
