Abstract

Abstract: This article purposes to make a map of the spacial and sectorial distribuction of formal workers, employees or disengaged from Minas Gerais' Industry, between 1990-2001. It'll identify the geografic origin of the workers, as well the setorial and geografic destination of the disengaged ones who have returned to the formal market-work (returned workers) in the following years to the disengagement. It seeks to verify if the economy in Minas Gerais, through of its productives sectors, is able to absorve the volume of disengaged employees in 1990, by formal mode, or if Minas Gerais looses a big part of these disengaged ones to others states. The results can show the most dynamics regions concerning to the absorption of returned employees, as well if this returning to the formal work represents, if it's considered the mean salary, a successful trajetory or a breaking down salary.
