Abstract

This experience report presents the development of a digital platform (web application) carried out by students from the Administration and Computer Science programs at Federal University of Uberlândia through the outreach project “MARKETeAndo”, in partnership with the Civil Society Organization — Rock Aid. The objective was to develop a platform integrated into the organization’s existing website, designed for the registration and monitoring of sponsors, volunteers, and managers, aiming to foster stakeholder retention, strengthen organizational management, and expand institutional visibility. The methodology adopted a collaborative interdisciplinary approach, integrating knowledge from marketing, management, and information technology into the platform’s development process. The experience demonstrated the feasibility of articulating academic training with the demands of the third sector, resulting in a technological solution aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of the Civil Society Organization. It is therefore concluded that university outreach projects, when structured interdisciplinary, can significantly contribute to sustainable social transformation while simultaneously providing practical learning opportunities for the students involved.
