PARÂMETROS BIOFÍSICOS OBTIDOS POR SENSORIAMENTO REMOTO NO ASSENTAMENTO ROSELI NUNES EM MATO GROSSO
Abstract
Due to changes in land use and occupation, the discussion about environmental impacts has increased. Through remote sensing it is possible to monitor the dynamics of socially occupied areas. The objective of this work was to evaluate the spatial and temporal variation of different land uses in the Roseli Nunes Settlement in Mato Grosso, based on the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), surface albedo, surface temperature and surface radiation balance. Seven classes of land use were analyzed during the dry season of the years 2000, 2010 and 2017, using images from the Landsat 5 and Landsat 8 satellite. The conversion of the permanent preservation area into small agricultural areas and urban areas in the settlement in 2010 caused the decreased NDVI and increased surface temperature. The recovery of preservation areas in 2017 contributed to an increase in NDVI, a decrease in albedo and surface temperature.
