a study in Guarapuava/PR

The growing urbanization has an impact on the increase in housing and strategic production in cities. One of the main factors that influence the growth of real estate production is the functionality of the cities and the increase in new student units, especially close to Higher Education Institutions / HEIs. The research aimed to identify the real estate dynamics according to the production of student housing near the HEIs in Guarapuava / PR. The research identified how real estate companies behave within the need to adapt to the dynamics and compare the parameters that serve the specific public. The main results found were the profile, values and characterization of properties produced and in production, the importance of location and some of the strategies used in real estate dynamics.
