The micro-basins is a natural system whose base is consisted by water, that relates itself with other elements, being it natural or social. Throughout this research, the aim was to point out the relations mentioned above, having the Córrego da Caçada as reference, utilizing the elements that embraces geotechnologies, giving emphasis to the benefits of remote sensing in the software QGIS, having the Taudem as a tool. This project’s purpose is demonstrating the techniques of studies that assists the analysis of usage and the degradation of hydric resources, specifically the ones integrated in the microbasins, hence, helping the understanding regarding the processes that brings to this science and a new perspective of analysis. Over the draft of this project, it was opted to perform the mapping of hypsometry, fluvial hierarchy, and the usage and occupation of the soil in the used area, concluding that geotechnologies possesses capacity in helping the production of activities related to micro-basins even having objections.
