It is based on the deepening of social responsibility, which implies ethical and transparent behavior, which contributes to sustainable development, which is in compliance with applicable laws and is consistent with international standards of behavior. Thus, the intention of the article is to analyze and understand the relationship between corporate governance and social responsibility and the environment, especially in the context of green bonds or green bonds in Brazilian regulation. Finally, it is important to check the potential of the Brazilian market for green bonds in agribusiness, renewable energy, and sanitation. These issues addressed and the theme is of paramount importance for the development of environmental incentives linked to the economy, showing that both can move in line with the greater well-being of the population as well as environmental and economic health.
