Abstract

Aiming to solve in a faster and more economic way the growing demand on the Special Criminal Court field, and looking forward to a more harmonious solution of the conflicts, it was analyzed the legality and spreading of the Special Criminal Nuclei. Thus, it was discussed the legal and logistic viability of the conciliation process developed still in the police office stage, guided by marshals, founded on the scientific research studies, documents and analytic visits to the São Paulo Police Academy (ACADEPOL-SP in portuguese). It was demonstrated that the Special Criminal Nuclei are an effective alternative to the reduction of the demands in the Special Criminal Courts, resulting in a faster and cheaper process. It also was observed that the proposal to create the Special Criminal Nuclei is in agreement with the 9099/1995 law and its constitutional adjustment.
