Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objectivo dar conta da influência histórica da ideia de Caso Julgado Desportivo existente no ordenamento jurídico português e que marca uma norma idêntica no sistema de justiça desportiva brasileiro. Por fim, apresentamos algumas pistas rumo à interpretação desta regra jurídica.
