This study has, for priority, emphasizing the systematic analysis of the discriminatory practices within employment. The primary focus is to analyze how the Brazilian Legislation in a comprehensive manner such rules to curb the discriminatory acts and the courts have been emphatic in entry decisions, to give support to existing laws. We see such acts are repeated constantly on business and, despite the awareness campaigns to leverage state of society, discrimination remains in our environment. We hope help scholars of labor law back their eyes to this problem that is all of us.
