Abstract

This work is proposed to analyze the content of the efficiency administrative principle in front of the main
procedural aspects covered by the law 8884/94. It is based on the important role of the principle in a context where notions such as speed, participation and rule of reason are shown as constitutional requirements of the administrative process. The concept of the fuzzy interest permeates the entire work, because the object of the antitrust process is the protection of freedom of competitive initiative, aimed at social welfare. For this, this work used the basic knowledge concerning the general theory of administrative procedure, and other specific sources of antitrust, involving bibliographic material and legal resources. The method adopted is guided by deductive reasoning.
