Abstract

The work approaches the environmental problem and the protection of nature, previewing a commitment between the International Society and all Countries in favor of environment, today considered fundamental Human Right. It reviews the issue in Brazil and it analyzes the main documents from International Organs about ambient. It highlights that the aggression to it affects the living beings in the economic, political, cultural, ethic and moral aspects, and it jeopardizes the maintenance of the own human, animal and vegetal life in the planet’s surface. It is urgent the necessity of actions for the sake of the environment and the possibility to generates measures that charge financially the surrounding damages.
