Abstract

To better understand the nature of law and its relation to the world of values that instigate researchers all over the world. Therefore appealing to the bibliographical review method, this article intends to point out some of the conceptual bases that enable a structuring of a positive legal experience, as well as the reasons that propitiated the disruption of an axiological dimension, particularly in the first decades of XX century. Our aim consists in identifying the turnaround values that enable the rapprochement among law, moral and justice.

    Doutor e Mestre em Filosofia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Especialista em Ética pela mesma instituição. Especialista em Direito Constitucional pela Academia Brasileira de Direito Constitucional. Especialista em Ciências da Religião pela Facel. Graduado em Filosofia pela PUCPR. É professor e coordenador do Curso de Filosofia da Faculdade Vicentina; Professor e coordenador do curso de Pós-graduação em Ética e Direitos Humanos da Faculdade Vicentina; Professor de Filosofia do Direito no Centro Universitário Curitiba (UNICURITIBA) e na Faculdade Pan-Americana (FAPAD).
