The Electronic Body As A Consumer Personality Right

In the present, it is intended to highlight the need for protection of the person in the face of the information society, especially with regard to his electronic body. electronic as an extension of the personality of the human person in consumer relations. In order to reach the proposed objective, a qualitative bibliographical research was carried out, demonstrating the evolution of the conception of the human personality that has expanded over time, passing from the necessary care and attention to the body to reaching the need to protect the citizen's personal data in the context of virtual. Ending the present, with a view to the expansive effectiveness of fundamental rights, to the need for consumer protection in their digital relationships, that is, the electronic body of the consumer, as an extension of their human personality.
