The woman, as a political subject, is in constant struggle to conquer rights, protect them or claim them in the face of possible rewinds. In the context of the information society, characterized by relationships established in a network, with massive use of new information technologies, it appears that the virtual space is deliberately used to perpetuate political gender violence. The purpose of this article is to analyze the forms of political gender violence, with special emphasis on those practiced in digital spaces and the normative instruments recently enacted to curb conduct of this nature, in particular the changes promoted by Law 14.192/2021. Therefore, the deductive method was used in the research and, as a research technique, bibliographical and documental research were necessary.
