Cluster and Regional Public Politics:an Analyses to Brasilian Northeast
Abstract
This article attends to the adoption of public politics support and development of local productive arrangements as a way of getting regional development. It is detailed that this way of acting respects the actual paradigm of the new-classical macroeconomics, where the state must be the smallest as possible and that the backbone of the internal demand is insufficient to assess economic growth in a long time. It is shown arguments of four ways of thought that treat about productive huddles, but it's more detailed the new economic geography and the regional economy. Based on the arguments of the new economic geography, it is shown that it is important to the Brazilian Northeast region not abandon the old public politics because they are important as prerequisites to the existence of positive externalities.Downloads
