Abstract
Abstract: This article tries to demonstrate how Latin America, by its strategy of industrial development, is subordinated to the process of world accumulation of capital. The argument is that when Latin America adopting an industrialization strategy in which the most dynamic sections are controlled by great multinational groups, unlike conquering its independence and autonomy as extolled by the Cepal, the region turning more subordinate and dependent of the world accumulation of capital, fact that today is reflected in the increasing vulnerability of the countries that achieved success in its industrialization. While the movement of the global capital in the world was of expansion, some Latin- American countries had success in that industrialization strategy; when the movement of the capital starts to be of world centralization, those countries take the exclusion risk.Downloads
