The Development Agenda
Abstract
Abstract: This document concentrates on the problem of the underdevelopment of Latin America, with particular emphasis in the economies of the MERCOSUR. First of all, it approaches the unequal development from a perspective that upgrades the thesis of Raúl Prebisch about the bipolar character of the center-periphery development. Thus, the document analyzes the relationships between technology and employment, the international relationships at center-periphery and the question of the State as instigator of the sustainable development strategies, among other outstanding topics of the agenda.Downloads
