SINTOMAS PERSISTENTES PÓS-COVID-19 EM SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS FEDERAIS DE UM MUNICÍPIO DA AMAZÔNIA OCIDENTAL BRASILEIRA

Neste estudo de caráter transversal objetivou-se avaliar a ocorrência de sintomas persistentes pós-COVID-19 em 120 servidores públicos federais do poder executivo do estado do Acre que se afastaram do trabalho devido à COVID-19 nos anos de 2020 e 2021. Para avaliar os sintomas persistentes pós-COVID-19 foi utilizado o módulo 2 da Ficha Clínica Pós-COVID-19, elaborada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde. Os testes Mann-Whitney e Kruskal-Wallis foram utilizados para verificar as relações entre o número de sintomas persistentes pós-COVID-19 e as variáveis sociodemográficas, ocupacionais, hábitos de vida e da fase aguda e pós-aguda da COVID-19. Em média, 1 ano e 2 meses após a fase aguda da COVID-19, 95% dos servidores apresentaram pelo menos um sintoma persistente ou novo e 79% referiram que esse sintoma ainda estava presente. Os sintomas neuropsiquiátricos foram os mais frequentes. Ser do sexo feminino, ter 50 anos ou mais, ser fumante ou ex-fumante, possuir comorbidades, e ter manifestado a doença mais de uma vez estiveram relacionados à presença de mais sintomas nessa população de trabalhadores.
