Abstract

The present work analyzes the doctrinal system and consequences in the formation of the jurist. Soon, the specific objectives of the work are: a) introduce a historical-social reconstruction; b) to apply a study with professors about the doctrinal indication; c) analyze the number of black professors and consequences of non-black doctrinal indication in the formation of the jurist. Qualitative research was chosen, for descriptive purposes. The study is of great relevance because it proposes a systemic analysis of Law, which seeks to highlight racism in legal bases, such as doctrine, and can be the initial pillar for the development of studies that demonstrate how the white analogy took place in the construction of laws and regulations. Brazilians. In this study, the revisional urgency and change in the higher education system of Law was evidenced.
