Abstract

This article seeks to analyze Art Law in China. Therefore, the relationship between Law and Art is conceptualized, demonstrating how the areas of knowledge are interrelated. The current stage of the art market in China is exposed, as well as a historical construction of the applicable law in that country, dedicating greater attention to works of plastic arts in material support. The relationship between Law and Art is analyzed in China's adoption of international treaties and their application in the village of Daifen.
