Abstract

The book "Alienação Parental – Responsabilidade Civil" (or Parental Alienation - Civil Responsibility - in a free translation), ISBN 978-65-5515-673-7, was divided into three chapters and has as its central scope the way in which civil liability is attributed for damages arising from the practice of parental alienation. To this end, the authors developed an analysis based on a dialogue between the branches of civil liability and family law, as well as between the sciences of Law and Psychology.
