The aim of this paper is to analyze whether legal Storytelling and narrative analysis, derived from studies promoted by Critical Racial Theory, can constitute an adequate methodological alternative for researching vulnerable groups in Law. To do so, we made a methodological theoretical incursion as a necessary framework to base our choices, as well as we carried out studies on the racial issue through black legal thinking, having as a premise the necessary race outline, since, in order to overcome racism, we first need to consider race, since there is no other way for the operation of law as a way to achieve social justice.
