This work aims to understand the formation of social bubbles, data colonialism and surveillance capitalism in relation to the performance of big techs, in the context of the social network Twitter, through the analysis of its terms of service, as well as the consequences legal and social aspects of social bubbles. For this, Twitter's privacy policies, abusive behavior and sensitive media were studied, as well as bibliographical and documental research, through the examination of texts by authors who dealt with work-related themes. At the end of the study, it was found that the personalization of content presented to network users, through the treatment given to their personal data, causes the formation of social bubbles.
