Abstract

.The book “The trade of personal data and the (lack of) protection of privacy”, ISBN 978-65-8609-316-2, published in 2020 by Tirant lo Blanch Publishing House, was written by researcher Naiara Aparecida Lima Vilela. The work was divided into four chapters and has as its central theme the investigation of the protection of personal data and its legal consequences, with regard to the trading of data and the current legal order.
