When referring to the issue of legal protection in the Peruvian system, we conceptualize it according to the different legal texts that are promulgated within the legal system, this, to guarantee a society with equal prerogatives, which will be evidenced in its application through the different jurisdictional bodies. The duty of the State is to provide us with a society where both rights and duties are equitable for all without any distinction, this from the perspective of equality before the law. Violence against women and members of the family group is a subject of great concern and social interest, given that this, violence, constitutes the violation of human rights affecting their free development in society, violence is rooted in the different social structures based on the male gender, which, often using force, superiority and the asymmetric distribution of power, inferiorizes and subordinates the female gender and thus perpetuates its devaluation in society. It is important to point out that in societies like ours, in which patriarchy is rooted, there will always be an ego of superiority on the part of the masculine that will generally try to take positions of asymmetry towards the feminine, many other neighboring countries are not unrelated to This type of behavior, which can be said to be reprehensible, has repercussions on illicit actions such as harassment, femicide, human trafficking, among others.
