Abstract

This is a review of the book "Aspects of Exception in International Law" (free translation), written by researcher and professor Nathalia P. C. de França, and published by Editora Contracorrente, in 2021. The work, divided into four chapters, is the result of the study defended in Postgraduate Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, under the guidance of Professor Pedro Estevam Alves Pinto Serrano, with the general objective of presenting and debating the existence of exceptional measures in the international arena.

Mestrando no Porgrama de Pós-Graduação em Estudos Linguísticos da UFMG. Graduado em Letras, pela Faculdade de Letras, da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. Bacharel em Direito, pelo Curso de Direito, do Instituto Metodista Granbery (FMG). Pesquisador no Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Direito Internacional, na linha de pesquisa: Direito Internacional Crítico (GEPDI/DICRÍ/CNPq/UFU). Pesquisador no Direito Internacional sem Fronteiras, na linha de pesquisa: Os Direitos das Crianças no Sistema Internacional (DIsF/L4). Associado à Rede de Pesquisa Empírica em Direito (REED), atuando como revisor da Revista de Estudos Empíricos em Direito.
