This is a review of the book "Aspects of Exception in International Law" (free translation), written by researcher and professor Nathalia P. C. de França, and published by Editora Contracorrente, in 2021. The work, divided into four chapters, is the result of the study defended in Postgraduate Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, under the guidance of Professor Pedro Estevam Alves Pinto Serrano, with the general objective of presenting and debating the existence of exceptional measures in the international arena.
