This is a review of the book "Public International Law Course – Theories, International Tribunals and Case Studies", published in its second edition, in 2020, by Tirant Lo Blanch, Bogotá (Colombia), authored by Walter Arévalo Ramírez, professor of Public International Law at the Facultad de Jurisprudencia of the Universidad del Rosario - Colombia. Owing to having originated from observations and concerns perceived by the author during his career as a professor of the discipline of International Law, the book results in a very interesting mix between the traditional and the innovative.
