Abstract

This paper consistently reviews the Russian academic legal literature, from the CyberLeninka repository, about the legal aid regime in the Russian Federation, its difficulties and challenges. The review covers Russian articles that draw comparative analyzes between the model of legal assistance adopted in Russia and in other countries, including Brazil.

Fernando César Costa Xavier, Instituto e Filosofia e Direito da Academia Russa de Ciências, Ecaterimburgo - Rússia

Postdoctoral fellow at the Institute and Philosophy and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Yekaterinburg - Russia. Associate Professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences at the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR), Level II Professor at the State University of Roraima (UERR). He holds a PhD in International Relations at the University of Brasília (UnB).
