The present work deals with collective consumer protection carried out by the Public Prosecutor by the means of the Conduct Adjustment Agreement. The limits and implications of these means to protect transindividual rights will be addressed. The study of this theme will demonstrate how society can solve various problems that are present in the consumer market by entities that operate in the administrative sphere. There is a lack of knowledge among the population about the competencies of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The objective is to analyze the role of the Public Prosecutor's Office in protecting transindividual rights. The methodology used consists of basic research, with deductive and qualitative approach, bibliographic and documentary research. It is concluded that, even with a whole legal apparatus it is still demonstrated a tenuous use of these means of protection, for ignorance of the population, needing more studies to reveal the limits and consequences about the Conduct Adjustment Agreement.
