Abstract

Scientific and technological advances are increasingly present in the life of society, resulting in several changes. In this scenario, Biodireito appears in order to discuss in the legal field the transformations
that these techniques cause. Therefore, this work, focusing on Biodight, Bioethics and mainly on the principle of autonomy, analyzes two new businesses that arise: advance directive of will and the generation of a
baby-medicine The method used in the work is deductive, supported by the analysis bibliography. Through this work, it is possible to perceive how Biodireito is today and how autonomy has been shown to be an essential principle to guide the discussions that arise.
