Bioethics studies problems and moral implications related to issues arising from scientific and technological advances, mainly in the medical field. This added to the legal sphere ethical norms related to medicine and technologies associated with it and applied to human beings, expanding and innovating the field of legal interference in the social world. In order to contribute to the understanding of the theme, this article aims
to analyze the transdisciplinarity of Bioethics and its relationship with Human Rights and the consequent emergence of Biodight. In order to obtain the expected results regarding the presented problematization, the explanatory descriptive research method will be used in order to try to present the conceptualization and the history of the emergence of Biodireito. It is believed that bioethics has a transdisciplinary character
when adding knowledge from different areas, positioning themselves among them, however, building something that transcends them. As for the Law, it is possible to observe an evident interface when judicializing health relations, in order to guarantee and defend human rights.
