This is the review of the book "Health Plan Contracts", 2nd ed., by Josiane Araújo Gomes, published in 2020, as a result of her thesis developed as part of her Master's Degree in Law at the Federal University of Uberlândia. In the book, the author faces different issues, seeking subsidies in the Federal Constitution of 1988 to support a correct application of consumer protection rules under the aspect of health plan contracts, through the analysis of the applicable ordinary regulations, and the beautiful theory of the dialogue of sources. Furthermore, using a refined and didactic language, she unites theory and practice, allowing for reflection on the future of supplementary health in Brazil.
