Abstract

This paper presents comments on the arrival of precedents in CPC 2015 and brings partial results of research activity carried out in 2019 with the purpose of analyzing the grounds for precedents in the set of monocratic decisions and judgments of the Federal Regional Court of the 2nd Region. The occurrence of certain legal expressions, including citation of articles of law with the purpose of identifying the reasoning profile of the decisions, as well as the treatment given to the repetitive demand’s resolution and assumption of competence incidents as per the CPC 2015 forecast were analyzed.
