This paper intends to approach the institute of award winning, making a brief analysis in the Brazilian legal order regarding its prediction, considering specifically its characteristics from the perspective of game theory in the Brazilian Criminal Procedure. Considering its evolution to the present day, demonstrating its applicability and expansion. Since then, highlighting that, although it suffers numerous criticisms, it is an institute that has been playing an important role to denude crimes and criminals dynamically, minimizing the negative impacts that crime causes society, aiming to achieve its dismantling, so that they are discovered, investigated and punished.
