Abstract: The transformations of labor relations and the Labor Law are seen in the imminence of the modification or disappearance of some positions and functions. These issues are addressed by identifying the effects of these causes and relating them to the issue of gender inequality. To develop the research, the scenario analysis method was used, from the perspective of the report prepared by IPEA. The methodology allows the creation of developed scenarios of varied manners and arguments, which can lead to more than one result and also allows a better interpretation of the current context of the woman. The use of this methodology allowed the creation of three scenarios, the first using a realistic approach, from the development of an extrapolation environment free of restrictions; the second approaches a pessimistic perspective, from the development of an alternative exploratory scenario; the latter develops optimistic ideas, aiming at creating a desired reality. It was concluded with the interpretation of reality that allows transformations that can contribute to the emancipation of women and the reduction of inequalities during this process of the fourth industrial revolution, aiming, for the present and for the future, equal opportunities and social justice in the Labor Law.
