The present article seeks to establish a link between the degree of economic integration in the processes of regional integration existing in Europe, America and Asia and the consumer concept developed in these scenarios, in order to prove that the greater the economic commitment among the States that are part of a bloc, the greater the need to establish regional consumer protection policies, starting with the definition of the extension of the concept of "consumer", its scope and enforcement.
