Abstract

This is a book review of the work “Dignidade Humana: visão do Tribunal Constitucional Federal Alemão, do STF e do Tribunal Europeu" (Free trasnlation: "Human Dignity - view of the German Federal Constitutional Court, the STF and the European Court”), written by João Costa Neto. It is an exhaustive study about the very concept of human dignity and its treatment in the courts that appear in the title.
