Abstract

This article aims to analyze the importance of communication under the legal aspect, that is, the value of communication as an assecuratory mechanism of the bases of the democratic State. In order to do so, the text proposes to highlight the thoughts of some philosophers and sociologists who studied the subject and analyze if it is possible for the current legal system to guarantee a communication space, within a scenario full of cultural multiplicity and diverse speeches. And if this is possible, how to guarantee sppaces of communication in order to ensure social integration and, consequently, a more cohesive and freer society.
