This article seeks to map in a broad way some problems that machismo causes in the field of Law, in diverse actions of women as: students, teachers and magistrates, lawyers. The article points to the salary differentiation, its disregard in the public positions, the inferiorization of the woman in the positions of power and of an explicit erasure of the woman.
