Trata-se de uma resenha analítica e exploratória do livro A Raposa e o Porco-Espinho - Justiça e Valor, da lavra do autor Ronald Dworkin. O texto aborda a análise da moral política e a epistemologia moral de Dworkin, a partir de uma suposta independência metafísica dos juízos morais, apresentando e introduzindo o tema ao público acadêmico brasileiro.
