Abstract

Theses posted in this article are constituent parts of my dissertation, the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Uberlândia. The motivation was due to the need to meet the workers' career path in education, implemented in Minas Gerais, Aécio in management / Anastasia (2003-2014). Our analysis is developed chronologically, seeking thereby to cover the major historical events that occurred in the drafting and enforcement of laws 15,293 and 19,837, career path constituents of education; discuss secondarily Complementary Law 100/2007 (Law of "hired"), Law 11,738 of 2008 (Law Floor Wage National Professional - PSPN) and Law 18,975 / 10 (Allowance Act) regulations that resulted in somehow the course of workers' career plan in state education. This analysis falls within a socio-political critique perspective, thus we believe we have been able to demonstrate that implementation of this career path was a historical step backwards in terms of professional development, thus counteracting the constitutional precepts and, concurrent with this , fully in line with the overall development process and "mutation" of capitalism.
