This work demonstrates the criticality the course of a field survey conducted in First Care Centers. These bodies are meant to free legal service of the population in the Lake District in the state of Rio de Janeiro. These nuclei because they represent a guarantee of effective access to justice eventually also give rise to a study on the categories of access to justice and citizenship that pervade this locus of legal activity. And above all the strengthening of a harmonious dialogue with a view to the possibility of individual integration within the judiciary. Coupled with the perception and performance of other legal actors in this collective that endogenously guided by the complaint of democracy and pluralism. For sure, in the end they are detailed and demonstrated tensions and conflicts that permeate the legal field to settle the politicization of its agents and convictions maintenance of power relations, especially in the judiciary and innovative social actions themselves.
