Abstract

This article refers to the start point of constitutionalism since the formation of principal concepts in political and law philosophy in USA. My focus is some bibliographical references of Jefferson and Madison in the sense of review some fundamental concepts which inspired the debate and creation of the preconstitutional America and the period of its creation and vigor of its first Constitution.
