Objective the present study to discourse regarding the Courts Special State Civil court jurisdiction as instrument of social pacification. Thus, in this conjuncture it is that the State Special Courts had been created, foreseen originarily in the Federal Constitution of 1988 (art. 98, incorporation I), structure which, as already said, is object of this present study. Finally, analysis on the access to justice and the evolution will be made history and doctrinaire concerning the search for the effectiveness of the process, culminating with the study of the legislation and principles of the Courts Special State Civil court jurisdiction, as instrument of social pacification.
