Abstract

This is the publication of abstracts selected via double blind review, which were presentated at the event entitled 'I International Seminar on Critical International Law', held by the Study and Research Group on Critical International Law – DiCri/CNPq, linked to the Federal University University of Uberlândia, between December 13th to the 15th of 2021, online, with the support of the Journal.

    Professora de Direito Internacional da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia – UFU/MG. Doutora em Direito Internacional pela UFRGS, com período sanduíche junto à University of Ottawa. Mestre em Direito Público pela UNISINOS, com período de estudos junto à University of Toronto. Co-cordenadora do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Direito Internacional – UFU/CNPq. Membro da ILA e da ASADIP. 

  • Gabriel Pedro Moreira Damasceno , Centro Universitário FIPMoc, Faculdades Unidas do Norte Minas, Fundação Educacional Alto Médio São Francisco

    Doutor em Direito Público pela UNISINOS. Mestre em Direito Internacional Contemporâneo pela UFMG. Especialista em Direito Internacional pelo CEDIN. Atualmente é professor dos cursos de Direito da UNIFIPMoc, FUNORTE e da FUNAM. Co-Coordenador do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa Direito Internacional Crítico - DICRÍ/UFU.
