REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA SOBRE ESTRESSE PÓS-TRAUMÁTICO, DEPRESSÃO E ANSIEDADE EM MÃES DE VÍTIMAS DE ABUSO SEXUAL

A revelação do abuso sexual promove uma crise imediata nas famílias, sendo necessárias ações integradas e multidisciplinares para a recuperação das crianças e adolescentes vítimas e suas mães, devido à situação de exposição e às rupturas promovidas pela revelação do abuso sexual para a dinâmica familiar entre filhos e pais. Faz-se um contributo ao tema com o objetivo de apresentar um panorama das produções acadêmicas sobre a saúde mental de mães de crianças e adolescentes que sofreram abuso sexual infantil. Foram identificados preliminarmente 779 estudos nas bases de dados Science Direct, Psycinfo (APA) e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, resultando na análise completa de 10 artigos científicos nesta revisão de literatura. Encontrou-se uma produção predominante em áreas multidisciplinares, com autoria norte-americana e uma razoável relação entre a revelação do abuso sexual infantil e a saúde mental da mãe (maior incidência de TEPT, ansiedade e depressão em relação à população geral). Confrontou-se a literatura, a fim de promover uma agenda de pesquisa e ação sobre o tema que demonstre o nexo entre a saúde mental da díade mãe-filho no contexto brasileiro. Almeja-se impactar positivamente as condições geradoras de políticas públicas favoráveis à reparação da dignidade, justiça e assistência psicossocial dessa população-chave.
