Abstract

This article seeks to analyze the history of cultural policies in Brazil during the period of re-democratization, which is the period of neoliberal insertion. For this purpose, it will be done a juridical clipping in the critical theory to identify errors and successes on the concreteness of the fundamental guarantees on cultural rights by the policies adopted. Therefore, the Rouanet Law will be contrasted with the Culture Points.
