Abstract

On the present studies we’ll show how juridical phenomena appear in our society without any official regulations but are used without restriction. The scientist of Law can’t close his eyes to this reality. This fact is feeling with the telework. On definitions of it, we did a investigations about the subject with many writers, but we can’t demonstrate final positions. We would like only make alert to our juridical science community about this subject.
